Room: Sidlaw - located on level +3

Workshop

This session convenes trailblazing storytellers who have transformed personal challenges into powerful tools for success. Underrepresented scientists often carry unique narratives of resilience, mentorship, and identity — stories that, when embraced, become catalysts for career progression and community impact. Panellists will share how they navigated barriers, leveraged lived experience, and advocated for more inclusive environments. Attendees will engage in open dialogue and receive a guided worksheet to reflect on their own journeys, exploring how authentic storytelling can strengthen professional identity, inspire resilience, and supercharge career advancement.
