The Venue: EICC
The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) is a modern, purpose-built venue designed with accessibility and sustainability at its core. Its central location in the Exchange District places delegates within walking distance of Haymarket Station, tram links, hotels, restaurants and cultural landmarks.
Accessibility
The EICC is fully accessible and inclusive. Features include:
- Step-free access throughout, with lifts to all areas
- Accessible toilets on every floor
- Hearing induction loops in key auditoria
- Reserved wheelchair spaces in main halls
- Trained staff available to assist, including experience with autism awareness and disability access

Travel & Transport

Train: Haymarket Station is less than 500 metres from the venue; Waverley Station is one mile away with step-free access.

Tram: Frequent services connect Haymarket to Edinburgh Airport in around 30 minutes.

Bus: Multiple Lothian Buses stop close to the EICC on Lothian Road.

Car: Public car parks are within short walking distance (Sheraton Hotel, Semple Street, Castle Terrace NCP). Please check local guidance on Edinburgh’s Low Emission Zone if driving.
