In 2025 the Minoritised Life Scientists Future Forum (MLSFF) brought together over 500 scientists, students, professionals and change-makers for three powerful days of connection, collaboration and community.

The MLSFF is a powerful mix of learning, networking and inspiration. Every element of the event carried weight, from poster presentations and mentoring sessions to keynote talks and discussions on identity, visibility and belonging. It brought people together across disciplines and experiences, creating space for those too often left out of the conversation in science.
