Tickets & Pricing
The Minoritised Life Scientists Future Forum, is committed to inclusivity and the removal of financial barriers to ensure that everyone can attend and benefit from this transformative event.
We understand that many in the UK are currently facing increased living costs, which disproportionately affect those from marginalised and under-represented backgrounds. This financial strain puts many at risk of being forced out of higher education or discourages them from pursuing further studies. Additionally, we recognise that many schools and universities are also experiencing financial pressures. To address these challenges, we offer many opportunities to obtain a registration waiver and travel support, including, but not limited to, options for those submitting abstracts, speakers, poster presenters, talk presenters, judges, and on-the-day volunteers.
We do encourage those who can afford to pay for registration to do so, as this will help ensure the viability and continued success of the Future Forum. By doing so, we can reserve these opportunities for those who genuinely need financial support. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and everyone has the chance to participate and contribute.
For universities, companies, or individuals who would rather not register through the website, we can provide a more straightforward option. If you prefer, we are happy to issue a manual invoice for single and multiple registrations, or sponsorship and exhibition opportunities. Simply reach out to us directly at [email protected], and we’ll assist you with the process.
We are committed to ensuring that everyone can fully participate in MLSFF with these additional options, add-ons and passes.
