MLSFF26 Registration Fee Waiver

Financial support for delegate accommodation at MLSFF26.

Application Deadline: 14 December 2025.

While we’ve worked hard to keep registration fees as low as possible, and to offer a no questions asked supported ticket rate made possible through the generosity of our funders and sponsors, we recognise that some members of the MLSFF community may still face financial barriers to attending.

The Registration Fee Waiver is designed to ensure that no one is excluded from MLSFF26 because of cost. We want every contributor and participant to be able to attend, share their work, and take part fully in MLSFF26.

Priority will be given to:

  • delegates who have submitted abstracts (poster, oral or career development sessions),
  • confirmed speakers and facilitators, and
  • those leading or supporting key sessions.

Before you apply

Please make sure you have explored all available funding options through your institution or organisation. Many universities and research funders, including UKRI doctoral training partnerships, provide small grants or allowances for conference attendance. We also encourage applicants to check whether their department, supervisor, or professional society offers support.

The Registration Fee Waiver is intended for delegates who have exhausted other sources of funding and would otherwise be unable to attend MLSFF26.

If you would like to apply for a fee waiver, please review the eligibility criteria below and complete the short online application form.

Successful applicants will receive a unique registration fee waiver code to use when registering for MLSFF26. This code will cover the full or partial cost of your chosen ticket type.

If you also require assistance with travel or accommodation, please see the separate Travel Grant and Accommodation Grant pages for details.

Under no circumstances will cash be given as an alternative.

Please take time during the exhibition to thank the sponsors of the MLSFF26 Registration Fee Waiver.
