Awards and Grants Sponsorship
Unsurprisingly, students from marginalised and under-represented communities face greater financial hardships that limit their access to key academic and professional development opportunities. By providing awards for these students to attend, we can help bridge the gap and ensure equitable access to crucial networking and learning environments.
Supporting student travel, registration and accommodation gives recipients the funds to travel, stay in a hotel and fully attend the conference. Each award covers at least 4 students (£3,000).
Recognise our incredible presenters with awards at the closing ceremony for giving outstanding poster or oral presentations, with your generosity recognised on presentation slides, the conference website, and award certificates. Covers up to 6 awards (£1,500).
Provide complimentary access to the next generation of life scientists by sponsoring a school group pass for 16 to 18-year-old students. This pass allows five students to attend the conference, offering them a unique opportunity to explore the field of life sciences early in their academic journey. Covers one group pass (£500).
