Scientific lectures are comprehensive presentations that delve deeply into specific research topics. These talks are designed to communicate complex scientific concepts and findings in an accessible manner. Presenters should focus on the following:

  • the research topic, highlighting its importance and relevance to current scientific challenges.
  • any methodologies used in the research, ensuring clarity for a diverse audience.
  • key findings and results, discussing their implications and real-world applications.
  • the main points and directions for future research.

Please take some time to incorporate inspirational stories and experiences into your presentation that will resonate with our delegates' aspirations. We especially encourage content that addresses the broader challenges and opportunities faced by marginalised communities in the life sciences.
